Welcome,

At APEX, we teach functional movements with an emphasis on technique, progression, and efficiency.

Meet with one of our coaches to put you on a proper plan for a training program fit to your goals! This will include a nutritional plan and a training program plan to follow for 12 weeks. Check-ins to see how your progress is going along the way.

Strength And Performance

We are a Strength and Performance training facility where we focus on the fundamentals of Powerlifting for strength, Bodybuilding for maximizing muscle gains, Full Body for both strength and muscle gains. and Metabolic Conditioning for endurance.

We design each program with its specific mobility and dynamic video to help prepare you for the training session that day. Programs follow a specific week-by-week progression to make sure you are getting the most out of the program along with improving athletes’ overall performance.

Our programs are each 12 weeks long to ensure that every athlete reaches their goals by the end of their program. After those 12 weeks athletes will meet again with coaches for consolation to collect feedback about their progress and talk about new goals for the next program!

INDIVIDUALIZEd COACHING

Available coaching to guide you through programs without feeling a lack of confidence or lost on what athletes should be doing for that training session. We have specific coaching hours to ensure that along with communications to reach out if athletes come outside of those hours.

Get that individualized training without the high cost of regular personal training.

As an Athlete, it is important to let us know your limitations such as an injury or years of no training. As a Coach, we are here to scale anything and provide modifications to keep you at a productive pace through our Performance programs.

Personal Training/Nutrition

We offer Personal Training which are sessions set aside for clients to work with one of our coaches while no classes are on. Either of our coaches are available to work with you 1-on-1 to assess and program your own personal workouts and nutrition plan.

Here are some things you might want personal training on:

  • Basic Olympic Weightlifting technique (Clean and Jerk, Snatch)
  • Basic Fundamental Movement technique (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press)
  • Get a Personalized Program as an Add-On with our Performance Program for Maximal Results
  • Other General Fitness/ Nutrition Advice
  • Anything that will help you get to your fitness goal!
