Dual Dumbbell Bent Over Row (3 x 8-12)
Rest 1:00 between sets.
Dual Dumbbell Incline Bench Press (3 x 15-20)
Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.
Weighted Sit-Ups (3 x 25)
Rest 1:00 between sets.
