B) 3 x 4 -10%

“A” is your top set

“B” are your working sets

Rest 2 minutes between working sets.

This is a deload week. Start back to using a weight @RPE 6 for 4 reps. This is a new accessory for getting a better lift. This will help gain more strength in thee upper body.

These exercises are done with little to no rest in between them. Rest after 2nd exercise.
