“A” is your top set
“B” are your working sets
Rest 2 minutes between working sets.
This is a deload week. Start back to using a weight @RPE 6 for 4 reps. This is a new accessory for getting a better lift. This will work the top part of the deadlift after you have pulled off the floor.
